Body Contouring & Cellulite Treatments
in Grand Rapids, MI
At the Centre for Pure Skin, we understand that dips, divots, dimples and uneven body contours can be frustrating. This is something that many people experience, especially women.
Why consider Body Contouring & Cellulite Treatments
It’s not your fault. Healthy habits and exercise are a great beginning, but not always a fix. We currently offer several treatments that may address these issues without the need for surgical intervention.
Ideal Candidate for Body Contouring & Cellulite Treatments
Ideal candidates for body contouring and cellulite treatments are at a stable weight and are experiencing mild to severe skin dimples, divots, dips or uneven body contours. While these treatments are designed to improve the overall appearance of the body, they do not address issues such as severe skin laxity or stretch marks.
What We Treat
Thanks to our experts, we’ve become West Michigan’s preferred provider* for facial injections, and we’re on our way to becoming a preferred provider for body injections as well! Patients come to us to treat:
Cellulite Dimples
Dimples on the buttocks and thighs can be frustrating, especially when they can be seen through bathing suits and clothing! Moderate to severe dimples can now be treated with quick and easy injections or with Aveli™— a unique device designed specifically for the treatment of cellulite dimples.
Divots, Dips and Uneven Body Contours
Unwanted dips, divots, dimples, and unevenness in the skin can occur due to factors like cellulite, fat loss, or other irregularities, leaving many individuals seeking effective solutions. Treatments like Restylane and Sculptra injections are excellent options for addressing volume loss, helping to restore a smoother, more balanced appearance. Additionally, advanced technologies such as Morpheus8 for the body take skin rejuvenation to the next level. By combining the benefits of microneedling and radio-frequency energy, Morpheus8 not only enhances skin texture but also improves the health of the skin, reducing the appearance of scars and addressing a variety of skin texture concerns.
Aging Hands
Our hands can be one of the areas of the body that show our age first! Over time, veins and tendons become more visible in the hands. As fat loss occurs, the skin thins and loses its elasticity. For some, a simple injectable procedure can reverse the look of aging hands.
What to Expect with Body Contouring & Cellulite Treatments

Some body contouring and cellulite treatments can be completed in one visit. Others may require multiple treatment sessions. FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions About Kybella
Is Kybella safe?
Yes. Kybella is FDA-approved as a fat reduction method. The deoxycholic acid in Kybella is highly refined for safe injection. Kybella is a non-surgical alternative to liposuction, but is NOT intended for weight loss.
How long do results from Kybella last?
Don’t worry about your double chin coming back—results are permanent as long as you maintain your weight. That’s because fat can’t come back once it’s removed from your body. But existing fat cells can expand and grow in the area, which is what happens with weight gain.
How many treatments of Kybella are needed to get results?
The number of treatments depends on the amount of fat in the area being treated. On average, most patients see results after 2 – 3 treatments. How many treatments you need is determined during your initial consultation with us.
When can I see results from Kybella?
Results are usually noticeable about 3 weeks after treatment, but become more obvious 2 – 3 months after treatment.
Is there any downtime with Kybella?
Not really. Most patients have a bit of discomfort after treatment, as you would with any shot, but can generally go about their business.
What are the side effects of Kybella?
The most common side effects of Kybella are swelling, bruising, pain, numbness, redness and areas of firmness in the treatment area.
