Here's How Our Referral Rewards Work
If you refer a friend for Pure Skin procedures, you’ll both get a $50 reward. When you refer a friend for surgery, you’ll both get a $250 reward. After your friend or family member finishes their treatment, we’ll add the reward directly to your patient account as a credit. You can use this balance toward any treatments, products, or services you want. The best part? You can refer as many people as you like—there is absolutely no limit to your rewards.
Keep in Mind That We Take Patient Privacy Seriously
Because of strict HIPAA regulations, we can’t confirm who has visited our practice. However, we can track your referrals when your friend gives us your name during their visit. When this form is submitted, we also update your patient record and send a follow-up to the person you referred.
